Clients have ranged from a US Corporation expanding a retail chain subsidiary in prime UK and Irish High Streets and Shopping Centres to a Telecommunication Sites Company buying and developing Base Station Sites for letting to Telecommunication Tenants. We have worked with Stock Exchange UK Plc property companies with a wide range of property and development interests, with major operational companies, as well as many UK unquoted Plcs and private companies. Many have owned or occupied major property portfolios, as have the national charities and trusts we have worked for.
We offer the same high standard and commitment to the individuals, associations and pressure groups we have also acted for.

Alan Wipperman BA MRICS MRTPI C DipAF, is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner. With a First Class Honours degree in Town Planning he was elected in 1979 as a Chartered Town Planner, and as a Chartered Surveyor in 1981. He now has over 20 years post-qualified experience in the UK and Irish property markets. Having worked in private practice as a partner in a London and Essex firm and held senior property positions in quoted and unquoted Plcs, he is well aware of the property needs of business. However he has also worked in the public sector and acted for Local Authorities, so is very familiar with the special context of Local and Central Government, and especially with transport undertakings, and parliamentary procedures.
With experience of most types of property and planning topics, he has particular expertise in retail property, telecommunications development and public transport related properties. With interests in conservation and the built environment, he is a member of the RICS Building Conservation Group, and has lectured on the Evolution of Settlement and the Built Environment.
He is also currently a non-executive director of a 100 plus UK Charity shop chain and Honorary Treasurer to a national library charity based in London.
