We have worked on listed buildings and conservation areas and can help you through these often difficult hurdles, preparing financial appraisals for "enabling development" for example.

We have worked with UK corporate property developers and owners, with farmers and individuals and can assist in most situations. For example we have researched and advised on the development potential for an owner intending to purchase land at auction and reported at short notice, valued property with development potential in accordance with RICS guidance and then later secured planning permissions to realise that potential.

We have worked on planning permissions from barn conversions to fish farms, for telecommunications developments and waste transfer stations, to warehouse and office developments.
